A research study was conducted to evaluate both the quantitative and qualitative benefits of achieving an IFMA Credential.

Come to this session to find out the return on investment (ROI) for IFMA credentials and what the true business case is for you and your staff. In 2016 and 2022, IFMA commissioned a study to measure the benefits of their credentials and the results of that research will be presented.
