Alessandro Araldi

Alessandro Araldi is Vice President of Digital Products for Trane’s Commercial business, where he drives innovation through controls, SaaS, and IoT solutions to deliver economic outcomes to building owners and managers ranging from improved energy and operational efficiency to extended equipment lifetime and uptime, to decarbonization, compliance and comfort. Prior to joining Trane, Alessandro was President of NOKE and Chief Strategy Officer at Janus International, the global leader in self-storage solutions. Prior to Janus, he had a long tenure at Honeywell International where we was VP and CMO of the Security Group and General Manager of the Building Communication business unit. Prior to Honeywell, he held leadership roles at Texas Instruments and was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s in electrical engineering from the University of Bologna, Italy and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
Ethan Smith
Vice President, Head of Strategy and Operations, Sales

Ethan Smith is a software leader with a dedicated focus on Smart Technology in the Life Sciences industry. He joined Nuvolo, where he was recruited by the Board and Executive Team, to spearhead the company’s Life Sciences business. His success in this role led to his current position as Head of Strategy & Operations. Previously, Ethan held leadership roles at Veeva Systems, overseeing product strategy and global services. His expertise includes developing regulated cloud platforms, executing large-scale digital transformation programs, and defining product strategy to drive market leadership.
